A Short Update

Just wanted to give everyone an update on the events occurrng in my life. I have not been keeping all that much on what's going on in the world today (no tv), but I have good reason. On Friday, my offer on a house was accepted and I will be able to move in and pay rent until closing. So, my housing arrangements for law school are almost completely taken care of...I just have to get the house inspected, apraised, get a mortgage commitment and close. But, at least the deal is officially in the process of happening. Also, I have hopefully found a renter for my current house. So, I won't end up having two mortgage payments. Hmmm, whatelse...I'm still trying to sell my car, with no luck...I might try ebay here in a bit. But, I've got myself registered, my official student ID and parking permit. I just need to get my books and I'm all ready for school.

Oh, and something so neat in which I will definately report on... first year Law students were offered tickets to see the Dali Lama when he comes to the school in September. I'm very excited for this and can't wait to hear him speak...
